SOTA OE/SB-239 Plattenkopf

This very foggy morning with abt. 4 degrees centigrade up on 1.800m could not stop us hurrying up to get 6 more points to our activator-log. After 1 hour and 10 minutes walk we reached our destination 1 hour before the spotted time and comfortably set up the 2 antennas (WNL`s W3DZZ and the Buddistick).

With these 2 antennas and Tom`s newly packed SOTA-FT817-light-weight-RIG-box we were QRV on 3(!) bands and together easily got 15 QSO`s in the log. The day got quite sunny till noon.
We were QRV on 8:30 UTC and stopped operation after 1 hour. Due to the actual contest the bands were very crowded, especially 40m, and so we could not find a free frequency and just answered the contest-callers.

Thank`s Franz for spotting!
