SOTA 2012 started…

…triple activation by SNL and ATN today by ski. We had fantastic blue sky while working from three summits. SNLs rig and ATNs antenna work great together… A little wind an some QSB but all went o.k.Franz was QRV in CW and Tom in PHONIE. We both were able to fill our logs quickly – many thanks to all stations coming back to our CQ! Descent was a little tricky in the deep snow with the heavy backpack due the warm temperatures at noon.

We plan to activate another three summits on the weekend (saturday) – stay tuned and call in!
